Information Notice

Information notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13–14 of EU Reg. 2016/679
Data Subjects: Visitors of the website www.hotelcalimala.com.

Calimala 2 s.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”, hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations therein.

During the processing indicated, the Data Controller may process categories of common personal data and, in detail: personal data such as IP address and other common data managed in advertising cookies.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing: specifically, your data will be used for the following purposes related to the execution of measures connected to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:
• management of non-technical marketing cookies for the website (marketing cookies are used to track visitors on websites. The intention is to display relevant and engaging ads for the individual user and thus more valuable for third-party publishers and advertisers).

Processing methods. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:
• by electronic computers using software systems managed by third parties;
• by electronic computers using software systems managed or programmed directly.
All processing is carried out in compliance with the procedures set out in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of appropriate security measures.

Your data will be processed solely by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller and, specifically, by the following categories of authorised personnel:
• internal operators involved in the management of the website.
Disclosure: your data may be communicated to external subjects for the proper management of the relationship and, in particular, to the following categories of Recipients, including all duly appointed Data Processors:
• web service providers for the management and maintenance of the platform.
Disclosure to Third Parties: Your data may be communicated to external subjects for the proper management of the relationship and, in particular, to the following categories of Recipients identified as Third Parties:
• Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
Retention Period.
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:
• 90 days: Facebook.

Cookie management: if you have doubts or concerns regarding the use of cookies, you may always intervene to prevent their setting and reading, for example by changing the privacy settings within your browser to block certain types.
Since each browser — and often different versions of the same browser — differ significantly from one another, if you prefer to act autonomously through your browser preferences, you can find detailed information on the necessary procedure in your browser’s help section. For an overview of the procedures for the most common browsers, you may visit www.cookiepedia.co.uk.
Advertising companies also allow you to opt out of receiving targeted ads, if desired. This does not prevent cookies from being set, but stops the use and collection of certain data by such companies.
For more information and opt-out options, visit www.youronlinechoices.eu/.

Data Controller: the Data Controller, pursuant to the law, is Calimala 2 s.r.l. (Via Calimala, 2, 50123 Florence (FI), VAT No. 02330280971) in the person of its pro tempore legal representative.

You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, and objection to the processing of personal data concerning you, and in general you may exercise all the rights provided by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.
